The campus hallways are normally quiet during spring break with the absence of Bethany students, but that wasn’t the case on Friday, March 8, 2019.
The Bethany Admissions team hosted about 80 students from Prairie Lutheran School (PLS). The entire student body from the K-8 elementary school located in Fairfax, Minnesota, visited the BLC campus to cap off their observance of Lutheran Education Week.
Several Bethany faculty members gave short, interactive presentations about their respective academic areas. Lucas Fricke (Spanish), Jason Madsen (Engineering), Andrew Overn (Art/Media Arts), Greg Vandermause(Broadcast Studio), and Eric Woller (Chemistry) all explained a little about a Bethany education and showed the students some cool stuff!
The PLS students visited Honsey Hall, Meyer Hall, Trinity Chapel, and the Viking Village. We hope that someday these young visitors will continue their Christian Education through their college years as Bethany Vikings!
Schools are always welcomed to tour the Bethany campus. Reach out to our Admissions Office at 800-944-3066 or email us at admissions@blc.edu to inquire about group or individual tours of the BLC campus.
