Office Assistant (Administration)

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors to campus.
  • Answer questions for students and visitors to campus.
  • Answer College switchboard and direct calls as needed.
  • Make photocopies for students, faculty, and staff as requested.
  • Perform other duties assigned.

Work schedule

  • Days per week:  Monday-Friday
  • Hours per week:  varies

Minimum qualifications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Bethany campus and activities
  • Able to handle multi-line switchboard
  • Able to meet attendance requirements
