The Bethany Lutheran College Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) recently went trick-or-canning to donate to a good cause. This is an event that happens every fall, usually the week prior to Halloween, and involves Bethany student-athletes going door-to-door to collect non-perishable food items to donate to Echo Food Shelf in Mankato.
