Study of bird biology, ecology, and conservation. This course includes a significant field component that will stress knowledge of bird habitats and identification of birds by sight and sound. Three lectures and one lab per week. Extra fee required. Prerequisites: BIOL151 - General Biology I and Lab and BIOL152 - General Biology II and Lab or consent of instructor.
