The Center for Intercultural Development and Resources (CIDR) is a conduit for compassion, conversation, and comprehension between the various races, ethnicities, socio-economic, and regional backgrounds that are represented on our campus. CIDR raises awareness and appreciation of the diverse student populations, emphasizes the contributions of these diverse groups, and endorses a culturally diverse environment.

Diversity is fundamentally important to the mission and character of Bethany. By sustaining a diverse community, we ensure that all individuals are valued and respected as children of God and that intellectual and personal growth are enriched because of our differences.

The Center for Intercultural Development and Resources (CIDR) promotes understanding and acceptance by means of programs, speakers, and special events. CIDR also maintains a growing multicultural resource library that can be used to enhance educational research or personal edification.

S.T.O.R.M.

S.T.O.R.M. (Serving Through Outreach, Relief, and Missions) serves to increase campus awareness of local, national, and international mission efforts, to support mission work of organizations affiliated with Bethany through spiritual and material resources, to provide humanitarian aid in the event of natural disasters, both national and international, and to better equip Bethany students to share the Gospel in their day-to-day lives and to develop as Christian servant-leaders.
