Located on the second floor of Old Main
Open Hours during the Academic Year: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., M-F
Open Hours during Summer Break: Open at 7:30 a.m., M-F. Closes at 4:30 p.m., except 2 p.m. Fridays.

Transcript Requests

A request form for official and unofficial transcripts is available in the office and must be signed by the student, or students may request a transcript.

Enrollment and Degree Verification Services

Bethany Lutheran College has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide enrollment and degree verifications for Bethany Lutheran College students. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) is a Federal law that protects the privacy of student education records. The law applies to all schools that receive funds under an applicable program of the U.S. Department of Education.
